Looks wont upload to gallery

I have been trying to upload my photo onto the gallery mulitple times for the past week. I have tried both my laptop and app and neither have fixed the problem. Any sugguestions? Thank you!

I'm sorry for the trouble! Please try clearing your cookies and cache on your Internet browser, and please also try using a different Internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc. I'll send you a message shortly to follow up.
