Long term Sephora customers, reset VIB status????

Why should your status reset every year, when faithful customers who have spent HUNDREDS of dollars over the years scrape IN THESE TIMES to find the money to again have perks THEY’VE ALREADY EARNED?? I’ve spent well over $2,000 here since being a Sephora customer, my faithfulness should be returned to show that this company values their “Sephora Veterans” despite falling on hard times! The lack of benefits because of the status rule change has actually caused the reverse effect of making me LESS willing to spend my money here, as I’m sure it has for many others! It’s showing customers that their history with Sephora (myself having shopped to the point of $5,000 in debt at one time, and YES, it all went into THIS STORE) simply doesn’t matter and come January 1st, we are “just another paycheck”.

Yea I know which is why I’m complaining, I’ll be a “rookie” until I can “find it in my heart” to shovel out $300 instead of like idk eating.

Excuse me I mean “beauty insider”. Again I used to be a VIB Rouge member.
