Long shipping

I placed an order on the 12th that still hasn’t shipped. Today I received an email saying that I will receive a tracking number in 2-3 business days which will make it so it doesn’t come until sometime next week. Why is it taking so long? I’m supposed to have 2 day shipping as a rouge member but a week long processing time defeats the purpose of that.
