So I placed my order Dec 9th with the expected delivery saying the 16th. It is currently the 15th, and there have been no updates to my order- I’ve been watching it like a hawk and it’s said “in progress” for a week and has not shipped. I know there are some delays currently, but it’s been a week and it still hasn’t shipped so I’m concerned and also annoyed I give this company way too much money for this lol. I just need to know what’s going on with my order and when it’ll ship, assuming it won’t be delivered by the expected delivery date of tomorrow seeing as it still hasn’t gone out...
Same experience. Hard to go in to store to buy items that are only available online.
Wow! I wish I had read this before ordering from Sephora. I placed an order on February 14th, it processed on February 23rd and I still haven't received it as of today (March 16th). It's a larger dollar amount than I usually spend too-- it really figures. I have since ordered things from Nordstrom and Ulta with absolutely no problem. It is really disappointing to me because I like using the Sephora app to shop. Bleh.

I ordered on December 14, and my order has been sitting in a regional distribution center about 40 minutes from my home since December 27. No movement. Yet, I have received packages from the other side of the country in a few days. I understand how USPS can be slow, but communication goes a long way.
Exactly the same. Made a big purchase, tracking says in progress for over a week
A very similar thing is happening to me! I put in an order exactly a month ago, December 7th, and it was supposed to be delivered by the 16th. I haven’t gotten a single shipping update since the 16th, when all it said was that my order was “in progress”. When I contacted customer service, they gave me 10% of the order cost back in store credit, but didn’t actually help me at all in figuring out where my order is or anything along those lines. I understand that shipping is delayed, but it’s really upsetting that there’s so little transparency about where things are. I’ve ordered other items directly from supplier sites since then (for example, Morphe) because I didn’t want to deal with another delayed order and I’ve gotten them in less than 2 weeks! It just seems negligent on Sephora’s end that I haven’t received a single shipping update in so long, even when I reached out and directly asked for one.
Has anyone gotten any resolution from these posts? Refunds, actual updates, anything? I purchased 2 orders on December 15 to be delivered in the same State. One was delivered since December 20, the other just seemed to stop moving with no update or response from customer service, and it's making me super uncomfortable.

I have been experiencing the same thing! I placed my order on December 12th and was supposed to get it by December 24th. It is now January 5 and I have not received my package nor any updates about my package. I wonder if I should get a refund or just continue to wait.

I have an order due for January 6 but it hasn't even been shipped yet and it's January 5. They blame it on the carrier but they haven't even fulfilled my order as the status is apparently "Sent for fulfillment". This doesn't make any sense. Customer service is also one of the worst ever.
Also replying because I've had similar issues. I placed an order on December 7th hoping to give some of the items as holiday gifts and it's now been almost a month and I'm get to receive an update. After the shipping notification on Dec 9th there has been absolutely no update on my order and it's January 5th! What's going on?

I ordered on NOVEMBER 27. It was supposed to be delivered by December 7. Ive been checking the tracking order everyday and to this day I still haven't received anything. The tracking order hasn't been updated for over 3 weeks. It’s JANUARY 1st, 2021!!! Literally The next year! At this point I just want a refund since I wasn’t able to gift the products in time for the holidays. Along with hassle of having to look for other gifts and lost time.
