Logging in

Why can't I log into my Sephora account.?? Seems like the site itself is either slow or not connecting. I've erased my browsing history and cookies and nothing works. Every time I click on my cart or basket, it says to log in. Once I hit the "log in" button, the Sephora sign shows up as if the site is loading but nothing. How am I suppose to log in and start purchasing with the sale going on..? Does anyone know how to fix that?????

Try using another browser to log in like micorsoft edge.  I can't get in on google chrome but can on microsoft edge.

I feel your frustration! I've been having issues with the app all day today! The Shade Finder keeps refusing to load for one & now the code for the sale isn't working! It says "this promotion hasn't started yet" or something like that ... what's going on?! 🤷‍♀️ Hoping customer support or someone can help ...
