Log in issues

Website is not working properly…..pop up every few minutes, asking me to sign in? After I do sign it, it pops back and asks again…over and over - cannot go to other screens…..I had this happen many months ago, and it is a Sephora issue…..but I would like it corrected. I cannot get to my cart, or my gift cards….really odd. I know I can call CS to place order, but that is not really how I would like to work.

@LaurieBT I stumbled onto this and other complaint posts after experiencing this same issue today. My question is, why is Sephora pushing a 'workaround' onto customers, instead of fixing the problem permanently so that it *doesn't* happen? I should not have to 'clear my cache' every time I want to place an order online. If that is the case, maybe Ulta would rather have my money.

@DaneeBT Thanks for the reply, but there's no need for a private chat. My question can be answered publicly so others could also be made aware.

 

Why is Sephora encouraging its customers to employ a 'clearing cache' workaournd for this login issue, instead of actually fixing the root cause? This is not a new problem and a quick Google search results in plenty of customer frustration.
