Live chat unavailable?

I am having issues with my order, and unable to get ahold of customer service via the live chat. It says that live chat is unavailable. Would appreciate any help with this!

This just happened to me as well. I got it to work when I went to the Sephora homepage and then scrolled to the bottom and clicked on "Live Beauty Help" between "Find A Store" and "Get The App"
