Was supposed to get a free gift for $40 purchase. They said they sent it but didn't. Talked to a real person who was helpful but unable to send me the gift I wanted. Told me to use chat, only it's unavailable.

I saw that you'd answered some people about PMs being turned off, but I hadn't been able to find it. Now I did.

As I said in my post, the live person on the phone couldn't find the free gifts I wanted, and the title of my post was "live chat is unavailable." It's still unavailable. I've seen it's sometimes out for days.
