Live Chat not working

Hi, I have an issue with an order that got lost a week ago and i can't contact customer support. I need help because the order got lost due to the delivery provided by Sephora. I paid the one-day delivery and the delivery person left it at a back door, which cause that someone apparently took the package. So, I've been trying to contact the costumer service but I'm not being able to.
