Live Chat Unavailable

I have been trying to use the live chat feature since yesterday and it has shown unavailable every time I look at it. What gives?

If the chat is unavailable, please keep the page open for a few minutes until the next agent becomes available. You may also call us at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672). It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings. I am writing to request the cancellation of my order with the number--- . I realized that I entered the wrong address and would like to cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped.

Please let me know if this can be processed and if there are any further steps I need to take.
