I'm trying to contact customer support over an issue with my order and the option for live chat in unavailable all day.
Every time I need support the chat unavailable online or in the app. Fix your problem Sephora. Or create a ticket system. This is ridiculous.currently it is 12:54 pm ct (10 am pt), well within the business hours of your support.

I have the same problem with Chat being unavailable all week even after staying on the same page during "Chat" hours. I have a package that shows "On the way" from the last 14 days which was supposed to be delivered on Nov 12 & I believe the package is lost.
@SephoraNoob1 I'm sorry to hear that! It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your order number. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
My live chat isnt working, I didnt recieve my order and it says delivered I have been waiting for a few days now to chat but it still says unavailable. I even waited on the page for a long time and it didnt do anything
@habibi123, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number, I'll look into this.

Has anybody had any luck reaching Sephora live chat? I've received an online order with an open box and exploded items. I have been unsuccessful reaching an agent.
