Live Chat Unavailable?

I have been trying to use the live chat feature since Thursday last week and it has shown unavailable every time I look at it. What gives?

I ordered a perfume and a gift card that were being delivered separately. I received the perfume. The gift card says delivered on 12/8 but I do not have it. What can i do?

My order has said out for delivery since Friday but hasn’t changed since then. I just wanted to know when my order was supposed to get delivered.
