Is anyone having any luck using the live chat? It has been showing as unavailable for me all day.
I received my order in a compromised condition. The package seal was broken, and half the items had seals removed not to mention some of them were half empty.
This has been happening to me as well for several days.

Ordered a dyson airstraight because I keep seeing it all over tiktok I even did same day delivery and the Uber driver stole it and delivered me a empty box Uber admitted to it being stolen Uber is the biggest pain to get in touch with I tried to get in touch and so did the store the item came from and they just keep making stuff up but then admitted the driver took it but no refund sephora declined my first request for refund or replacement I sent them all proofs from Ubers emails hopefully they’ll understand what happend I can’t believe this

I'm having the same issue. I keep spontaneously logging in and have been trying to reach them for weeks, yet it always comes up as unavailable. I sent them an email too, but that was several days ago and I've yet to receive a response.
