Live Chair is unavailable

Hi! I got a wrong item in my order and live chat is unavailable. Could someone help me, please?

Jumping in on this older post since others might still be running into similar issues. If anyone here recently had trouble with messages being turned off, were you able to switch your settings on a browser? Also curious if support was able to sort out any order mix-ups once you shared the details. If something still isn’t working right, what part is giving you trouble now?

@nushu18, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number and details about the incorrect item you received, I'll look into this.

Thank you! I called and my issue was resolved. Live chat still will be more convenient, but it looks like it is down quite often.
