Literally the WORST online ordering experience.

Okay, so I placed my first online order with Sephora on Thursday, 6/8. The order was not shipped until 6/14. One of the items was cancelled from the order due to being out of stock, but is still available for purchase on the website.

 

I finally received my order today. I ordered one of the new Becca highlighters in Champagne Dream Flashes Bellini, but received Pearl Flashes Gold in a Champagne Dream Flashes Bellini box. I also did not receive ANY of the samples I selected, despite two of them still being available on the website.

 

I will NEVER order from Sephora again. Their entire e-commerce system is deeply flawed.
