Literally received an old grande cosmetics lash serum

I purchased the grande cosmetics lash serum fix-it kit and opened it right now to use and the brush was completely dry. I tried moving it around inside the container and it was bone dry. It was a completely new product and the seal was on the item but there was literally no product inside. I’m not sure if Sephora is selling super old products but this has never happened to me, it’s very disappointing.

Update: Customer service was fantastic this time - Keelybt reached out to me and offered a resolution immediately after my post. That’s how customer service should be and that’s another reason why I continue to shop at Sephora.
