Lipstick came messed up

I bought the new Sephora Luxe set (the $45 one with Tom Ford and Pat McGraths lipsticks). The box just came, I picked it up, I could hear the sound of stuffs moving around. When I opened the set box, everything was everywhere. But I was alright with it until check the lipsticks, the Pat McGraths lipstick's tip was messed up. I bought this as a gift. How can I even give anyone this?
