Linking my VIB Rouge card to online account

Hello! I have a VIB Rouge card from years ago that I still use in store every time I go. However, I don't have the old email that it must have been connected with, and I had to make a new Sephora account. Is there a way I can link my old card with this new account so I can have my points online, because I had to start all over for online orders! Thanks so much,
