Linking Kohl’s Account

Hello. I can login into my beauty account with Sephora with no problems. When I’m on the kohls site trying to sign in to the Sephora account, it says the account exists and an email is being sent for me to verify with a code to link the accounts. However, the email never shows up. I’ve tried resending the email request numerous times and nothing. How can I fix this?

@beautystephoney Sorry to hear that! The email should come from customerservice@beauty.sephora.com. Please add this to your safe sender's list then try resending the email. I also recommend checking your junk/spam folders. If you don't receive it after an hour, please let us know.
