Linking Credit Card to Online Account

Hello, 

I can’t seem to figure out how to connect my credit card to my online account. I have a lot more points on my card than I do on my online account but I realized that the points don’t match. I don’t see anywhere on the app or online where I could connect the two

I'm having trouble with this also.  I received the credit card and my 25% discount is not there to use
