Linking Accounts

Hi there! I noticed that the points I’m accumulating in store with my phone number are not showing up on my account online? Is there any way I can link the two together?

i have the same problem when i purchase something in store i use my phone number and i have points on that account but when im on my phone in the app it shows 0 points an dim not sure how to get that same account connected to my number if i can put them together ?
