Link online and instore account

Hi. How can I combine points and link my store account and online account? Also, I had a Color IQ at the sephora store earlier and I didn’t receive the results in my mail. Thanks!

I’m also having trouble linking my account. I have over 1000 points in store but they don’t show up

in my online account.
