Lies

I ordered last year clarins products and got Neutrogena sunscreen that was used. I called and your company thought I lied. Then I called customer service and spoke to a manager and apologized and added sephora cash to my account so when I shop next time and get a bit taken off. I have shopped and had to pay full price, and the staff are not kind. Can you please help me here? Your company ripped me off and I need an explanation.
