Let's talk about your "Back In Stock" notification emails...

Hey Sephora,

So there's been some lipstick shades that I've been wanting to get but have been out of stock. Obviously the smart thing to do would be to sign up for your in stock notification email and jump on the purchase right away when it's back up, right? WRONG. I don't know if it's just me but I haven't been getting my notifications (yes I do check my spam mail). Luckily I go back in and refresh a few times a day and have been surprised when I see "Add to Cart" then I move quick to purchase because a few minutes later that item is out of stock again. Sephora, please fix this, I basically have to spend my day on your website refreshing in order to snatch up my items... not cool 😒
