Leaking broken package, USPS refused to receive SEPHORA REFUSES!

Horrified with Sephora Customer Service.

 

Received a smashed box, contacted CS and said I can return, they cannot replace due to a previous accomodation, WTF........anyways proceeded to return and USPS did not accept the leaking package, called them up and CANNOT help because once I didnt receive a package, like if its my fault. Beyond angry, nobosy seems to help.
