The “Shade Finder” does not produce results for my foundation in Vanille, Laura Mercier Flawless Lumière Radiance-Perfecting Foundation.  All my color references are Laura Mercier. Any suggestions for finding a shade in other products? Thank you!

@keelybt Thank you for your response! I was actually looking at several brands of tinted moisturizers. I can go in to a store to be matched, but I need to place an order online with my Rouge 20% discount and want all items to be covered under the discount. I may have to guess on the shade. Can open items be returned? I seem to recall they were returnable prior to Covid, and then were not for a while.

@MsHollyG The promo can be used multiple times online and in store through 11/7.  We can accept returns within 30 days for a refund or within 60 days for a store credit.

@MsHollyG I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty! If you are not able to find a match to the current foundation you are using, you may want to go in store to get matched. Is there a particular formula you are trying to find a match for?
