Late Package

I ordered some products on the 2nd of December and still have not received them. The scheduled delivery date was the 10th and still nothing. At least the tracking up until this point was updating me on the location but now all it says on the tracking site is that it is in transit, Arriving Late. It has been that way since the 14th, so i have no way to even tell where the package is located any more. I needed the products for a gift that I was suppose to give out today but had to buy all new gifts elsewhere to make up for it. Ending up spending twice the money I planned to. Really disappointing, is this how it normally is? I definitely won't make the same mistake by ordering online.

Same here girl!! My local post office finally told me today that I’ll be lucky to get my package I ordered on the 4th by the end of January because they are so behind that packages are sitting and have been for weeks!! I’m so upset 😭
