Last order did not contain free samples

Like a few others, my last order contained no free samples, which is a large reason I order online. Will they be in my other orders, or just not provided?

I feel like they are phasing samples out or something... because everyone is complaining about receiving no samples, myself included. It is such a bummer. 😞 I look forward to the samples

I hope not. I've found so many new and wonderful products from samples. In fact over half my orders come from trying out samples.
