Last Weeks Afterpay discount

So last Monday, Sephora had the sale for 25% off orders paid via Afterpay. It seems like many people, including myself, did not receive this discount. I have been trying to have the problem resolved by dealing with Afterpay customer service, and it has gone nowhere! Unfortunately, the folks at Sephora couldn’t help much either, and just directed me to Afterpay. 

 

I’ve still not heard back anything productive from Afterpay. Has anyone with this issue had any luck looking into/resolving this matter from either end?

Had this exact same issue. Spoke to 5 different Sephora representatives, all said something different. This tells me they don't even know what is going on. The continued to shrug me off, point me to afterpay, even after I told them I spent the last 24 hours in correspondence with afterpay, saying that I must take it up with Sephora. Neither Sephora or Afterpay will accept responsibility and reconcile with the customers who tried to access the sale. 

 

Afterpay eventually said that I had to make 2 purchases using afterpay on December 2nd to get access to the discount. This was horribly misleading. With Klarna, the discount applied immediately to your purchase.

 

Long story short, avoid using afterpay and stick with Klarna.

I also have had the same issue, its been over a week now and both companies are sending me back and forth. No refund has been issued. The terms and conditions of the cyber monday afterpay promotion actually says its held by afterpay, so they're responsible for issuing us the refund! No clue to why theyre dodging everyone. Every message i receive from them is that theyre in communications with Sephora and it leads  no where. I will NOT be using afterpay after i finish my installments. Absolutely ridiculous!
