I did not realize there was a coupon for a free mascara with my Sephora Favorites Lashstash To Go order and disposed of the package along with the coupon. How can I receive a replacement coupon?

Did you end up getting the full size mascara?? I threw mine out as well and was going to see if they could look it up through my account.

I'm sorry for the trouble! I regret that we're not able to look up the voucher and they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

This happened to me as well. I threw away the voucher with the box...

I called customer service and they said without the voucher I cannot redeem the full-size product. Any way to get around the voucher and redeem my full-size product?
