Lasership

My package was supposed to be delivered today. The tracking is through lasership. It’s noon and not out for delivery. Any package I’ve ever had come from them... I have not received. Anyone else have a problem with them through Sephora?

I don’t order a lot online with Sephora. Only occasionally and I’ve been lucky I don’t think my packages were delivered by lasership before so I never had any problems. But I put in 2 online orders yesterday and I see both are being delivered by lasership so I’m SCARED!!! When I see so many complaints about lasership, there’s got to be truth behind it all. Only experience for me was one time another company that I buy from and NEVER had problems with shipping decided to try lasership. I always track my package and I watched it literally drop off the radar 2/3 way through like the Bermuda Triangle. Never reappeared. I had to call that company’s customer service who acknowledged situation was weird that it disappeared while in transit and they needed to investigate. I noticed after that the company didn’t use lasership on my packages to date. Lasership is cheap for companies to use but it’s a nightmare and not reputable. Very low standard. Well you get what you pay for using lasership. I guess it doesn’t matter that customers get a bad record with retail equation because of lasership fiascos when transactions need to be redone (and possibly a bad reputation if Sephora sees so many repeat problems and thinks a customers reports of missing package are fraudulent) even though it’s not their fault. It’s an unfortunate casualty of shopping with Sephora. If something goes wrong, good luck to you.

I have a problem with Lasership every time.  Every time.

 

Right now I have hundreds of dollars of product marked "Delivered to mailroom" in my building that ...  does not have a mailroom.

 

I have found boxes in the elevator or in the public lobby for anyone to grab.

 

It's ridiculous.  I wish Sephora would switch back to a reliable carrier - like someone who is willing to take the elevator and actually deliver?

 

Every time something ships Lasership, it means I need to refresh the tracking every 15 minutes because something may get left anywhere in the building or on the street, and stolen.  Of course, half the time the box is marked "delivered," it's nowhere to be found and shows up hours or days later ...

 

There should be an option - particularly for expensive shipments and/or VIB or VIB Rouge members - to request signature delivery.

Yes they suck! Only way to get in touch is through email that they never respond.

Yes! I freaking HATE Lasership. I am having  (yet another) issue with them with as we speak. My order said "delivered" yesterday, and of course it wasn't! And of course it was over $100 of product. Supposedly they are "now looking into it". Ugh. 

I'll gladly go back to snail mail delivery to avoid Lasership. In fact, if Ulta carried all my favorite brands, I'd just go there instead.

I just wanted to let you know that Ulta recently started using Lasership as well.

Oh no!!! Not Ulta😟 At least Ulta’s customer service is based in the US for US customers and they seem to have more power to help in situations like they actually can personally email me one on one to follow up.
