Lasership???

Became a VIB and thought I was getting a good deal on the Flash shipping. I even paid extra for one day shipping on an order that was supposed to arrive on time for a birthday. Then I find out that they use Lasership for their "next day shipping". Now my order is scheduled for delivery the day after they originally promised-a day late for the birthday. What a joke-a high end beauty company shipping expensive items through a low end delivery service known for late and missing packages. I won't be ordering anything from Sephora again unless they use FedEx or UPS for their expedited shipping. Oh and don't subscribe to flash shipping or pay extra for expedited! You won't get your order any faster.

I agree. I will not order from Sephora online anymore. Lasership is a joke. Had a package say delivery attempted. Where? I was home all day and then two minutes later lie and say it was delivered around 10 at night. B!tch where? No package in sight. I’ll shop elsewhere. At least they’ll use UPS, USPS or even suspect FEDex.

Sorry to hear about your orders! Flash shipping is most definitely faster than standard shipping, especially Flash 1 day. 😉 You should not have any delayed orders unless there is a known issue or if you have a hazmat item in your order. Depending on where you are located, we use UPS, Ontrac, and Lasership, but we are not able to customize this on orders. I'll send you both private messages to further assist.

I just had an order that didn't arrive on the promised date and I got a refund on the 1 day shipping.

Thanks for the tip, SportyGirly125. The cost isn't the entire issue here. That part is just frustrating because I paid $16 extra for it to arrive tomorrow. My real issue is the fact that I would have shopped somewhere else had I known that they were using the notoriously bad Lasership for delivery. Part of my decision to buy was because it would arrive by tomorrow for a birthday. Now, I have to rush somewhere else to buy another gift and go thru the hassle of returning this order when it arrives.
