I have had so much trouble getting packages delivered since Sephora switched to Lasership.  Just last month I ordered something and it said delivered but I never received, Sephora refunded me but it is still super frustrating.  This has happened to me in the past with them where it will say delivered and show up a week later but the refunded package never showed up.  I swore to switch to Ulta but when the Fenty foundation became available recently I placed a quick order.  It was out for delivery twice and now says delivered but, again, I never received it.  I have no issues with any other packages being delivered to my address from any other services.  I am seriously shocked that a company as large/successful as Sephora would use a service that their clients clearly hate/doesn't work.  I am currently waiting to hear back from both Sephora and Lasership on where my package is this time.
