Although I prefer shopping in store, I have made several online orders for the years and have never had any issues. This new courier is absolutely horrible. 

As a customer who has spent hundreds of dollars shopping at Sephora I am so disappointed in their using a courier that has such a terrible reputation, and now having to deal with them personally I see that the plethora of bad reviews are well deserved! They have an F with the Better Business Bureau. An F!! This is unacceptable. What is the point of paying extra for two day shipping if I do not receive my package? I can only think that Lasership is cheaper for Sephora which is why they would take the risk in order to cut corners. 

Stick to reputable shipping services with actual, reliable customer service!

I agree. It seems I have had $200 worth of merchandise, which I waited NINE DAYS to have shipped at all, stolen by a LaserShip driver. Says delivered, nothing here. LaserShip is completely unhelpful and uncooperative. My packages said they were out for delivery in another state two hours away in the morning, then delivered in the afternoon? What? I’m so disappointed in Sephora and pissed that I have to wait another few days? week? for my order. Such a huge company should not have shipping delays like this nor should they be using such a piece of junk shipper.

Exactly! I just called for the third time and they said they will "re attempt" delivery on FRIDAY. It was supposed to be coming in on Monday! Whats worse is that I live only half an hour from the warehouse apparently. I seriously feel that if it is not resolved by Friday I will just have to drive there myself. 

Never ordering online again.
