Lasership

I am so beside myself. I have been a loyal Sephora Client since 1999. I have been ordering online for the past 10 years. I have been a BI since it started, and a Rouge since Rouge started!!! I spend thousands per year at Sephora. I never ever had delivery problems until about 3 weeks ago when my orders started being shipped via Lasership.

  I've had 5 orders that I have placed arrive late-- not late by 1 day-- more like 3 to 5 days. I placed an order for one day flash 3 days ago-- and still not received, another order that I placed on the 7th is not here-- and it is the 13th. Every day the tracking says external factors delay-- 2 days ago it said it was on the vehicle for delivery-- but it never got delivered it updated to say possible delivery delay? Seriously. It never updated again. Lasership has said multiple times that they will have a supervisor from their local facility call me and the never do. They do not answer emails. When I called today I was told that Supervisors are not required to call back it is an option for them. I asked to speak to the call center supervisor and was told no. All of my shipments are late and they will not tell me why. I call Sephora customer service and they contact Lasership and they are told that the package will go out that day and it does not. Sephora needs to stop using this shoddy company....the customer service is terrible.

This lasershit is killing me!!!!!!!!! They said today that it is delivered when it is not!!! Our apartment complex is bombarded with cameras and nothing from Lasershit. I’m not ordering anything online that uses lasership or lasershit company anymore. this is insane!
