Lasership

Any one else had a horrible experience with laser ship ! I dont understand how a big company like sephora would use this unreliable service to ship their items ! I have not received my package and it said it was delivered three days ago !!! So annoyed  , i rely on online shopping because i do not have free time to go shopping and now i am all out of my face cleanser and moisturizer ! Im definitely going to order else where.

Yes they are the worst carrier service. Sometimes you receive the package and sometimes not!

I am absolutely done. I will no longer order online from Sephora. I may do away altogether. 2 weeks ago I ordered a Lila Palette that was lost. Since last Monday I have placed 3 orders with Sephora  that were shipped via Lasership. The only one that was received ontime was the one that I paid for 1 day shipping-- and even at that it showed up after 9 p.m. ....I really don' t want to be bothered by a doorbell when I am getting ready for bed. As for the other packages-- one was 3 days late ( it took 5 days to receive a flash order), ordered something else that is now late, and someone sent me something as gift that was supposed to be here yesterday and still not here. -- 3 out of 4 not delivered on time was a fail for me. Not to mention-- they have no delivery vehicles--( at least here-- and they use private vehicles like Amazon) ....the delivery vehicle blocked my driveway-- so no one could get in or out- and left tire marks on my grass. Unreliable and sloppy- been buying for years and never once had these types of issues with UPS, FedEx or even USPS. I'm done.
