Lasership stealing packages

I ordered 361.00 of makeup and Sephora sent it lasership. Two weeks later when I still didn’t have it and the lasership tracking site said it was on a truck for 5 days, I tried to call lasership but there was no answer. I called Sephora and they called lasership and came back to the phone and said lasership would try to deliver it by Monday. Monday night, I checked and lasership,shipping status said the same, loaded on truck. So I called Sephora and FOUGHT for a refund, they wanted to tell me they couldn’t refund me till I returned the makeup I never got, how am I going to return something I never received?? They finally did refund me after much stress and aggravation. Then, today tuesday at noon lasership still had my status as loaded on truck, then suddenly changed it to delivered on Sunday, and then sent me an email stating they delivered it on Sunday and I must’ve lost it and it’s now between me and Sephora! I’m certain they are stealing pkgs. I can’t order from Sephora again because I can’t risk losing that much money because of their lack of care in who they select for a delivery service. I am very disappointed, but there are many other places I can buy the same makeup.
