Lasership does it again

6th package lost (AT LEAST). Lasership constantly saying they deliver things and they do not. I'm tired of chasing after both Lasership and Sephora for my items.

 

By the time Lasership or Sephora does anything about the missing package, the items are usually sold out and I cannot get a replacement.

 

With all the complaints since switching to Lasership, I'm surprised Sephora has not publicly addressed the situation or changed their delivery service. I even tried clicking "USPS" as a shipping option and Sephora switched the courier back to Lasership.

 

Whose "Front Door" are they leaving packages at? Probably their own home. 

Why should customers have to take the gamble? We are paying money for these items and expect them to be delivered.
