Lasership delivery

Why does Sephora continue to use lasership? After waiting all day and not receiving my package. I decided to research and this company’s review are full of complaints. I come here and I’ve been reading all of the horror stories. Why continue on with them? Is the savings worth it? I’m sure they’re losing more with all the refunds or replacements they have to give out. Well if I don’t receive my package tomorrow I will be calling Sephora.
