Lasership delivery 2am

This is the 2nd time that I have not received my order shipped via Lasership. I ordered on 11/17 and on 11/19 tracking info stated it was 'loaded onto vehicle' and 'out for delivery to recipient' at 6:29pm. I was home all evening and checked outside several times (the lastest being 11:50pm)and no deliveries were made. After waking up at 4:30am I again check the tracking details to find this---2:12am 'Loaded onto vehicle', 2:13am 'out for delivery to recipient', 2:14am 'order has been delivered'. I go outside to get the package and surprise--nothing! Beyond frustrated. What is the point of spending my money on flash shipping and products with this company if it never delivers?
