Lasership: delivered but no package!

I ordered from Sephora many times before and never have any problem withmy shipment from usp. Recently I placed 4 orders on Sept 22 and paid for the 2 days flash shipping. On 9/25th I received 4 emails saying my orders are shipped. Today (9/27) I signed up for notification to track my packages with Lasership. Around 3pm I received 4 texts saying my packages was delivered at 1pm. I checked outside and around the neighborhood...no sign of any package. I was home all day and 100% sure that no one drove by to deliver any package. I called Sephora and a representative told me to wait 24 hours for my packages to show up... ifnot, I can call back for a refund or a replacement. He was very nice but I don't understand why Sephora uses Lasership. I read so many horrible reviews about them from Amazon. What is the point of me paying for 2 days shipping and not getting my packages on time (or if I'm ever going to get it.) I was excited for these packages and now I have to wait longer. I need these products before I go out of town this weekend. This is very frustrating and is a waste of my time. Cosmetic products are not cheap, and I hope I get those packages tomorrow. I don't ever want to order from Sephora anymore if they continue to use such a horrible shipping company. Anyone else having the same issue recently?

Aaaamen. I actually watched lasership pull up to the driveway, search through their car, drive off without leaving anything and then mark my order as delivered per tracking. Sephora was super on top of sending a replacement (though I’ve found customer service to be very hit or miss lately) but not surprised reading all the reviews about Lasership and a little worried for future orders. My latest was just marked as lost today so not the best of luck 😔

I am on the second attempt with Lasership after 14 days and still no order. They lost the first, wouldn’t overnight the second. For two days they had an “exception” and couldn’t get the item on the truck. Then they were supposed to deliver today but still haven’t. When I scoured the Internet to find their number - because Sephora’s number conveniently isn’t working- they told me they ship until 10pm. What kind of oddball mercenary shipping company lets random people deliver packages up until 10pm? I can’t believe Sephora uses a company that has literally hundreds of 1 star reviews.
