Lasership Stealing Packages

Lasership simply steals my package and said it's delivered (on Sunday! When everyone is at home!) . This is not the first time laser ship steals packages from their own delivery. Shame on them! Why are companies still use laser ship to deliver? I want my package to be re-delivered! AND NOT by lasership again!

I feel your pain!! Lasership never delivered my package and when I contacted the company all I was told was that they could not ‘locate’ my address and needed further directions?????? I have packages delivered ALL.THE.TIME by other carriers and NEVER have issues. I am so fed up with this company, this is now the FOURTH time I’ve had issues with them! So much for 2 day shipping.... I don’t understand why Sephora still uses this company, they have awful reviews and countless complaints plastered all over the internet of similar stories. 😞 I hope you get your package, I’ll be contacting Sephora about mine if it isn’t delivered this evening.
