Lasership Problems

I went and placed two separate orders on the website as a Rogue member with FLASH shipping. I normally never have a problem and when I didn't get my first package yesterday, I checked my shipping to see it was delivered. I never heard a doorbell nor when I check was there anything outside. I checked everywhere it could've been left but to no avail, no package. I reached out to customer service twice and was told i would get a replacement order and that because of the replacement, it wouldn't come from Lasership. I've read tons of reviews to know that they are a huge problem and was happy that I wouldn't have to worry about my replacement package. When I received my tracking email though, I saw that it is infact going to be shipped by Lasership. I'm very disappointed that I was misinformed and also concerned for my replacement and other package to not show up this week. Why use a company that has so many complaints that they don't deliver packages?
