Lasership????? Delivered, but not really.

I ordered something for my best friend for her birthday and didn't realize Sephora started using the piece of crap shipping service that is Lasership. I had multiple problems with Lasership (ie never receiving my package when it said delivered) when I lived in New York, as Free People used to occasionally use them for delivery. The package was not only time sensitive because of her birthday, but also because it was all travel sized things and she left for a trip this afternoon. 😞 

The package says it was delivered at her mailbox/lobby on Thursday the 19th and it's now Saturday the 21st and still nowhere to be found. She's never had a single package stolen at her apartment. I don't know what to do. Sephora PLEASE stop using Lasership. Im' afraid to ever send anything to New York from Sephora ever again because of this. 

If this has happened to you, what ended up happening? Did you ever get the package?
