Lasership - 6 Missing Packages

Unbelievable. I am on the phone with customer service now because 6 packages I ordered over the VIB sale have all gone missing. Lasership tracking says they delivered them all yesterday but they are nowhere to be found, and I was home all day.

This happened a month ago, but I thought it was a fluke. But 6 packages in one day? This is downright criminal. Sephora have lost my online business.

I had the same issue - status said Delivered yesterday by Lasership, and I could not see the package anywhere around the house. I triple checked and nothing. I emailed customer service and still havent gotten a reply yet
