LaserShip Fails.... Again

All of my recent online orders have been shipped via LaserShip and all of them have had complications. My first package was delayed for a week. My second was marked delivered, but I hadn’t received anything and had to order a replacement. My third was delivered to the wrong house (the courier uploaded a photo of them leaving my package at some unknown location). I’m currently waiting for yet another replacement that won’t include the points rewards or samples I ordered. Am I the only one having consistent issues with LaserShip? I can’t be.
