Laser shipping scam

The company Sephora uses, laser shipping, does not deliver items and continues to mark them as undeliverable and returns them to Sephora. When Sephora gets USPS to send the item I receive it. They need to stop using this company!

Every time my order is shipped with Laser ship there is a problem.  I don't understand why Sephora continues to do business with this company.  My most recent order status per Laser ship is "label created".  It was supposed to be delivered yesterday.  I never have these issues when ordering from Ulta....

My package was delivered yesterday and its completely broken!  Sadly, this will be my last online order with Sephora until they no longer use Lasership.  I order online as a convienence.  Now I need to go to the store to return the broken item.  Complete waste of my time!
