Laser Ship Delivery

I have been tracking my package Laser Ship posted saying it was delivered today 3/6 at 9:28 pm to the front door. No package was found at front door. I saw many postings saying this is and has been an issue with this carrier. Why is this not being addressed? Why are loyal customers having to reach out to find out what happened to their packages. Would really appreciate if a Sephora rep can get back me on locating my package. Also, Sephora please look into this issue and consider changing carrier as this seems to be a persistent issue.
