La Mer reward???

Why does Sephora send me emails telling me about a la mer 500 point gift being available when clearly there is NO reward available?  This is not the 1st or even the second time something like this pertaining to rewards has happened.  It seems like a poorly executed marketing ploy to get people to go on the app and then shop.  Really tired of this bs Sephora!!! Do better!

They are available yesterday. I placed the order and got the confirmation. And today they cancelled the La Mer "due to out of stock". But when I refresh the page, they ARE available so I placed another this afternoon, and just got it cancelled again. I mean, if you don't have the stock, just remove it from the reward list. I selected it and placed order, and you told me it was out of stock. And 10 mind later it appeared in reward list again????? Very disappointed

My apologies, it looks like this is no longer available on the Sephora US site and it's only available on the Sephora Canada site. Our Rewards Bazaar updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays around 9 a.m. PST and some rewards may go out of stock quickly due to popularity. I am sorry for any disappointment caused and I will forward your feedback to our reward teams.

I got the email on Thursday morning, and I checked early (PST) and nothing... So obviously a tech glitch. Disappointing!
