LSO

I am begging you to discontinue using LSO for flash shipping.  I have never had issues with shipments, even during the height of COVID, when you used UPS and FedEx.  Two of my recent orders were shipped using LSO, however, and both have been lost.  You already replaced the first one but I am hoping you won't have to do the same with the second.  I called LSO today and spent 20 minutes on the phone with them only to confirm that my order was scanned in 4 days ago at a place only 30 minutes from here and hasn't moved since.  They opened a resolution ticket and said they should have an answer within 48 hours.  That will be 11 days after you shipped the package. Not good customer service! You should read the hundreds of similar complaints about them to the BBB and on social media as well. Please, please, please go back to UPS and FedEx. They are casting a shadow on my beloved Sephora!

 

UPDATE:  I called LSO and was told that a problem ticket would be created within 30 minutes to resolve the issue in 24-48 hours.  Not only did they fail to send the ticket number to me as promised but I haven't heard from anyone at LSO since then.  Fortunately, Sephora's stellar customer service stepped up to cancel the order and refund my money.  So far, 2 shipments have been sent to me using LSO and both have had to be canceled & refunded since they never arrived.  Judging from the hundreds of complaints made to the BBB, this is typical for LSO.

Sephora, please heed this warning. LSO is trash. Now that I know this is what you are using to ship, I will no longer be making online purchases with you. So sad. I wonder when I will receive the last two purchases I made. Supposedly one was out for delivery today. It was not delivered. Here we go...

same issue here! it's been over a week of my package sitting at a distribution center 20 minutes away. had to finally get another sent by Sephora, this time through USPS. It's honestly unheard of for a package to take 2 weeks to deliver in this decade. I certainly won't be shopping online through Sephora again unless there are products I can't get elsewhere. shipping has just been way too long too many times

Same issue. Order has not moved in 4 days and they’ve not opened a ticket. If I don’t get it today, it’s useless to me. I needed it for a trip Monday. I ordered it 8 days ago. 😔
